When to pick Growth: Pick Growth for Dispatch Copilot, the assistant your office and crew use during the workday. The office asks it what is going on today and gets the answer from your own records. The crew says what they did instead of filling in a form. A mechanic asks about a machine that keeps breaking and gets its repair history, the repairs that keep coming back, and the right page of your own service manual. Growth covers up to 200 rental units and includes Fuel Operations. Everything else is already in Core, including the page where your customers ask for work, the “driver on the way” emails, statements and contract alerts.

Questions owners ask

Is it per user?
No. One price for the company. Adding a driver, a dispatcher or an office worker never changes the bill, so put it on every phone in the company.
Do we have to use all of it?
No. Fuel, service and rentals are each a switch you turn on or off. Ticket signatures, crew sign-off, location for everyone on the clock, and a required inspection before the truck leaves are all off or optional until the owner turns them on in Settings. QuickBooks connects when you want it to. Dispatch Copilot comes with Growth and Command, and nobody on your crew has to open it. Use the parts you need; the rest stays out of the way.
We rent equipment but don’t deliver fuel. Does that work?
Yes. Fuel Operations is optional and off by default on Core. You run dispatch, rentals, service, billing, and truck and driver records without it, and you don’t pay for it.
What if I buy more units mid-season?
Nothing changes right away. We count units once a year, at renewal. Buy a heater in January and your bill stays the same until your renewal date. Nothing ever locks your crew out in the meantime.
Monthly or yearly — which should I pick?
Yearly costs 25% less: twelve months for the price of nine, invoiced once. Monthly is there because plenty of companies work year-round and would rather pay month by month. If your work is seasonal (most of your year’s invoicing happens in winter), yearly is worth a hard look. Paying for the whole year keeps your equipment history unbroken through the slow months, instead of stopping and starting it.
Do you take a percentage of what I invoice?
Never. We charge for software. What you bill your customers is yours.
How long is the contract, and how do I cancel?
Cancel any time, from Settings in the app, by email or by phone. Your plan runs to the end of what you already paid for: a monthly plan to the end of the paid month, a yearly plan to the end of the paid year. Automatic billing stops the moment you cancel, and there is no cancellation fee. You can still export your data, and we keep it for at least 18 months after your plan ends. What support do I get?
Email and phone support on every plan: (307) 215-3022, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Friday. You reach the people who build it, not a call center. Command adds priority support. If you want your whole crew trained in person, on-site training is a week at your yard for a flat $7,000, travel included, no extras.
Can Dispatch Copilot be wrong?
Yes. It answers from your own records and the manuals you upload. It suggests; it never acts on its own. A person taps Confirm before anything is saved or sent. Treat its answers about repairs as suggestions to check, not final answers. It can misread a situation, and the mechanic standing at the machine always decides.
What exactly goes into QuickBooks, and what comes back?
Going in: approved invoices, as QuickBooks invoices. If the customer is not in QuickBooks yet, it is created. Every line carries its tax and any discount, so the total matches to the cent, and sending again updates the same invoice. Approved hours go in too, as time records. Coming back: when QuickBooks shows an invoice paid, Iron Dispatch marks it paid. That is all. QuickBooks stays your books; nothing else in it is touched.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, on every plan, whenever you want. Your equipment list, parts and every report export to a spreadsheet from inside the app, and your invoices and approved hours are already in QuickBooks if you connected it. Your data is yours; we do not hold it hostage.
What does setup cost?

Do we sign a contract?
Yes — a short order form with your plan, price and term, signed electronically. It incorporates our published Master Subscription Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy and Service Level Schedule, all posted at irondispatch.app/legal so you can read them before you ever talk to us. Nothing is hidden in a click-through.
Are you insured?
Yes. Iron Dispatch carries professional liability (errors and omissions), cyber liability and general liability coverage, and the agreement commits us to keeping it in force for the life of your subscription. Certificates are available on request.
Who can see our data?
Your people, by the roles you set. Iron Dispatch support can only sign in as one of your users while you have allowed it in your own Settings, and every such session is listed there for you to see. Your data is yours: export it any time, and it is deleted from active systems after your account closes, on the schedule in the Data Processing Addendum.
