Pricing
One price for the company. Monthly or yearly.
Every plan covers dispatch, the field app, rentals, invoicing, employee time and QuickBooks, on as many phones as you want. Pay for the year and it costs 25% less — twelve months for the price of nine. You move up as you grow — not when you hire another hand or buy another truck.
Operations $4,500/yr · Growth $9,000/yr · Command $18,000/yr, paid yearly. Monthly below.

When to pick Growth: Pick Growth for Dispatch Copilot: the office asks it what is going on today and gets the answer from your own records, the crew says what they did instead of filling in a form, and a mechanic points it at a unit that keeps breaking and gets that machine’s repair history, the repeat-repair pattern and your own service manual quoted back by page. Up to 200 rental units, and Fuel Operations is included. Everything else — the customer portal, driver-on-the-way emails, statements and contract alerts — is already in Operations.

Before you sign
Insured, and our terms are public.
Iron Dispatch carries professional liability, cyber liability and general liability insurance, and keeps it in force for the life of your subscription. The agreement you sign — the Master Subscription Agreement, the Data Processing Addendum, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Service Level Schedule and the list of providers we rely on — is published in full, so you can hand it to your own counsel before you hand us anything.
How it is sold
Set up yourself. Billed by a person, not a checkout.
There is no online checkout and no card to enter. A one-hour setup call with us gets your company, users and settings stood up; then you load your own units, customers and rates — from a spreadsheet or by hand — and the guided setup shows what is left. When you decide to keep it, tell us the plan and we sort out billing with you directly. There is no setup fee. If you want the whole crew trained in person, on-site training is a week at your yard, anywhere in the US, for a flat $7,000 — travel included, no extras.
Ready when you are.
