Oilfield operations software for owners

Know where the month stands before it ends.

You should not find out on the 31st what happened on the 3rd. Revenue by site, crew and unit as the work is logged, what is on rent, what is down, and what has not been billed yet — on your phone, whenever you open it.

The owner’s dashboard: month-to-date billed, out-there-not-billed, and what needs a decision today.

Your day

You find out on the 31st what happened on the 3rd.

You run the company and you drive when somebody is out. The month closes out of a spreadsheet, a ticket book and whatever the office remembers, and the number at the bottom is a surprise every time — and usually smaller than it should be.

What you actually want is not a report. It is to know, on any given morning, whether the iron is working, whether the crew is on the clock, and whether the money you have already earned is going to reach an invoice.

What the app puts in front of you

The morning, without the phone calls.

What needs you, what is on rent, and what is not billing yet.

  • A dashboard that says what needs youOpen it and see what is unassigned, what is down, what the field has flagged, and what is waiting on your approval. The numbers underneath — invoiced this month, and out there but not yet invoiced — update as the crew logs the work, not at month end.
  • What is on rent and what it has earnedEvery rental unit: where it is, since when, and what it has run up that nobody has invoiced yet — per unit, per pad. The app counts the days at your daily, weekly, two-week and monthly rates and keeps the running total.
  • What is not billing, and whyA unit on a pad with no rate set, a driver with no labor rate, a pad with no drive time — the app flags the gap against real activity, with a Fix button. It stays quiet about pads nobody has driven to.

And the part that used to be month end.

The record the crew made at the pad is the record the invoice is built from. Nobody rebuilds the day from texts, and the bill for the software does not grow with the crew.

  • A morning summaryGrowthA short summary at six in the morning, your time: what went down overnight, which drivers have too much on, which tank is low, which certification expires this week. Written from the same numbers the screens show.
  • Employee time you can approveHours the crew clocked, corrections they made themselves (within the number of days you allow) and why, and a lock when you approve. Once QuickBooks Online is connected, a button sends the approved hours across. It is a record of time, not a payroll processor.
  • One price for the companyNever per user, never per truck, never a percentage of what you invoice. Hiring another hand or putting the app on every phone in the yard does not change your bill.

Just as important

You read the result. You do not type it in.

It never asks you to be the one who types everything in. The crew logs the work where it happens; the office builds the invoice from that; you read the result. Adding a hand or a truck does not change the price — the plan only changes as you grow, never per person.
