What you get

One board for the day, and a map for where the trucks actually are.

Every job, who has it, and what state it is in. The dispatcher stops holding six things in their head and stops being the only person who knows the plan.

  • The board — assign in a tap, reorder a driver’s stops, add a second man to a job and mark whether he bills.
  • Assignment viewed — you can see when the assignment showed up on the driver’s phone. A message button beside every crew member.
  • The live map — where the trucks are while they are on the clock and sharing location. At sites you have pinned on the map, arrival flips the job card and starts the on-site clock without anyone tapping. Run Samsara, Motive or Geotab on the trucks? Connect it in Settings and the map reads from that instead.
  • Tracking is a setting, not a rule — sharing location on shift is each driver’s own switch, and tracking everyone on the clock is off until the owner turns it on. Location is only shared while someone is clocked in.

The map

Where your people are, while they are on the clock and have a bar of service.

One map for the yard: every truck on the clock, where it is right now, where it has been today, and which pad it is heading for. It reads from the driver’s phone — as long as the phone has service — or from your GPS tracker if you run one.

Equipment is on the same map: which unit is on which well site, so the question “where is HT-114?” is a glance, not a text thread.

  • Live trucks — everyone on the clock and sharing location, with a trail of where they went today and the route to their next stop.
  • Arrival recorded at pinned sites — when a truck reaches a pad you have pinned, the job card flips and the on-site clock starts. Nobody taps.
  • Units where they sit — every rental unit shows at the site it was delivered to, until the pickup ticket moves it.
  • Help requests on the map — an SOS from any phone shows where it came from until the office acknowledges it.
  • Only while clocked in, only with service — location is shared on shift and only with a bar of signal; tracking everyone on the clock is off until the owner turns it on. Your own GPS trackers (Samsara, Motive, Geotab; Geoforce for units) plug in from Settings.
  • Navigation to and from the well site — coming soon. Turn-by-turn on the lease roads your own trucks have driven, not the highway map’s guess. It depends on how much of your area the app has seen, so ask us about your area and we will tell you where it stands.

It works with no signal, and it ends on an invoice.

The field app keeps taking fuel logs, service calls, hours and photos out of range, and sends them when the truck is back in service — usually at the same spot every day.

  • Work orders that become invoices — the office builds the invoice from what the crew logged. Nobody rebuilds the job from a text message at month end.
  • What the field flagged — a unit reported down from a truck arrives on the board with photos; you can open a service call straight from the report. An SOS from any phone shows on the map until the office acknowledges it.
  • The customer hears before they call — an email when a driver is on the way; a request link so they can ask for fuel or a pickup without ringing you; and, if you turn it on, a read-only page where they see what is on each of their pads and every ticket and invoice.

Employee hours

The crew’s hours come from the same phone that logs the work.

Clock in on the app. Travel and on-site hours land on the job as it happens, so the labor line on the invoice and the hours on the timecard are one record, not two. Overtime, the workweek and rounding are set once for the company.

  • Crew fix their own hours — forgot to clock out? A driver corrects it himself within the number of days you allow and says why. The correction is logged — who, what, old and new — and shows on the manager’s timecard review, where every week is approved and locked by a manager before an hour goes anywhere.
  • You approve and lock — hours wait for a manager; approved weeks lock. Approved hours go across to QuickBooks with a button press once it is connected.
  • Not the thing that pays your people — it is the record of hours that thing needs, already checked. No second time-clock app, no timesheet tab.

What it does not do

Not trucking software, not a driver logbook.

It does not manage freight or brokerage, it is not an electronic driver logbook, and it does not track driver hours-of-service or prepare fuel-tax reports. It does not submit tickets straight into a customer’s own invoicing system such as OpenInvoice or OpenTicket.

It dispatches your own crews to your own jobs, and keeps the record of what they did in the same place the invoice comes from. If you need the other things, you need another product as well, and it is better to know that now.

Dispatch, the map and the field app are in every plan.

Dispatch, the live map, work orders and the offline field app are all in the base plan — and so are the customer request link, the email when a driver is on the way, statements and contract alerts. One flat price for the company, never per user, and never a percentage of what you invoice.

If most of what you move is rental iron, start with the rental page instead — the day counting is the part that pays for itself there. It is the same system.
