Oilfield equipment maintenance software for the shopKnow what came back broken before it is parked.
What is out of service, what is waiting on a part, what a driver reported this morning, and every repair ever done on that unit. All on one screen, in the order that decides your day.

Your day
The equipment comes back. The story comes back in pieces.
A unit comes back from the well site (the drilling pad where it was working) with mud on it, and the problem written on a scrap of paper. The part nobody remembered to order is still not here. The shop first hears the heater is broken after the office has already promised it to a customer for Thursday.
So the morning goes to walking your yard (where you keep equipment and trucks) and calling a driver who is already out on another job. You piece together what happened to equipment you never saw, before you can start a repair.
What the app puts in front of you
What is broken, and why. Worst first.
The units that stop work sit at the top, then the ones that need a decision, then where the rest of your equipment is.
- The worst thing first — The Equipment screen opens on what stops work right now, then on what needs a decision. Every row has an action: send service, open a work order, check availability. You are not reading a list of every unit, hunting for trouble. The trouble is at the top.
- Where the equipment actually is — How many units are in the yard and how many are out at well sites, a map of what is out, and which customer has what. When the office asks whether the heater is free yet, the answer is on the screen you are already looking at.
- A work list that adds up — Work orders sit in six plain states: Needs assignment, New, In progress, Waiting on parts, Sent back, Needs approval. Every open job is in exactly one, so nothing hides between two filters. A unit you took out of service goes back on the board when the repairs are recorded and someone has run the check, not because a box got ticked.

Worst first, then where the fleet sits. Example data
From the driver’s problem report to the day it goes back out.
The problem the driver found arrives as the work order. The parts, the hours and what was done last time stay with the unit.
- The driver’s report arrives as the work order — On the inspection before the truck leaves, a line marked Defect goes straight to the shop as its own numbered work order. It carries the driver’s note, and a photo if your company requires one. Report a problem does the same from anywhere in the field. “Don’t use it until it’s fixed” marks the unit out of service everywhere until the shop finishes the work order. “Still usable — put it on the list” leaves it running. Nobody in the shop retypes any of it.
- Parts off the shelf, history on the unit — Put a part on a work order and it comes out of stock; take the line off and it goes back. You set the stock levels that make a part show as short, out or low. A salvage machine can be marked as a parts unit so nobody tries to rent it. The hours, the parts and the finished repairs stay on the unit. The app flags the machine that keeps coming back to the shop, the part replaced on it twice, and the part failing across all your equipment. Service schedules and your own step-by-step checklists come with the work order. A square barcode sticker on the unit opens its record when a phone camera reads it.
- Ask it what you did last timeGrowth — Dispatch Copilot answers from your own records: the repair history, the repeat repairs, and the manual you uploaded, quoted by page. It will suggest the fix that worked before on the same model, and who did it and when. A mechanic can close a work order by saying what he did. It can be wrong, so he reads the card back and taps Confirm, and nothing is saved until he does.

Just as important
It never asks you to hold it in your head.
It never asks you to retype a driver’s problem report, and it never asks you to remember what was done to this unit last time. The problem arrives as the work order. The parts, the hours and the repairs stay with the machine after the job is closed.
