Iron Dispatch

Terms of Service

The service

Iron Dispatch is field-operations software for oilfield service companies. A company subscribes, invites its team, and uses the platform to run dispatch, fuel, equipment, inspections, hours, and billing. By using the app you agree to these terms; if you use it as an employee, your company's agreement with us governs the account.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your login to yourself. Enter honest records — tickets, inspections, and hours become your company's business documents. Don't attempt to access another company's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your company's data

The work data in an account belongs to the subscribing company. We host it, back it up nightly, and keep it isolated per company. The company can export its records; on account closure we delete or return data per the subscription agreement.

Subscriptions & payment

Companies pay a platform subscription (billed outside the mobile apps, on the web), plus any optional add-ons they choose. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until cancelled. Iron Dispatch never processes payments between a company and its clients — invoices and statements are documents; money moves through the company's own channels.

Cancellation & refunds

A company may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from Settings inside the app or by emailing support@irondispatch.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the account keeps working until then and is not billed again. We do not prorate or refund partial periods, and add-ons cancel with the plan they're attached to. If we got the billing wrong — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation we received — tell us and we'll refund it. After cancellation we keep the company's data for at least eighteen months — exportable the whole time — before it is deleted.

Service & availability

We aim for the app to be dependable — including offline capture in the field — but no software is perfect. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees the subscribing company paid in the twelve months before a claim. Safety-critical decisions (driving, equipment operation, site safety) are always human decisions — the app is a record-keeper, not a supervisor.

Changes & termination

We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be dated on this page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.
